Also known as the ‘traditional massage’, this full body treatment involves a combination of kneading, long flowing strokes and gentle hitting (tapotement). It relieves tension in both the body and the mind and is the ideal way to relax.

Deep Tissue Massage
Similar to Swedish massage, but as the name suggests the strokes go deeper, targeting the inner muscles and connective tissue. Suitable for those who enjoy a firmer massage, or for those who want treatment for their musculoskeletal issues, such as trigger points (knots) and posture problems.

Bamboo Massage
One of the most unique, pleasurable and effective therapeutic treatments around. A traditional massage (either Swedish or Deep Tissue, depending on the pressure the client prefers) is complemented by long, deep strokes using hot bamboo sticks. This treatment relieves tension in even the deepest muscles and aids with musculoskeletal issues. It can be tailored to be extra firm for those who like a hard massage, or more gentle for those who prefer a softer experience.

Thai Massage (Northern Thai Style)
Also known as Thai Yoga massage, this treatment is a core branch of traditional medicine in Thailand. You’ll realise why after receiving it! Acupressure along the body’s Sen (energy) lines is intermixed with deep stretching and bodyweight compression. Although it’s not the most relaxing of massages, you’ll come away from it feeling relaxed, supple and completely rejuvenated. Unlike other full body massages, this is carried out fully clothed on a cushioned Thai mat, rather than on a massage table.

Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage
The long, smooth, rhythmic strokes of this traditional Hawaiian massage will feel like ocean waves flowing across your skin. Rather than focusing on one area at a time, Lomi Lomi massage is unique in the way that it continuously works the entire body throughout the treatment. A benefit of massaging in this way is that it helps your body let go of expected patterns and behaviours, which in turn leads to increased relaxation and tension release.
Pressure can be gentle, medium or firm according to your preference.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
The lymphatic system plays a vital role in our bodies' ability to remove toxins and fight germs. Flow of lymph through the body is often restricted due to lifestyle or underlying health factors. This treatment uses extremely gentle touch to help drain the lymph vessels, improving your immune system, cleaning out your body and reducing swelling and 'water weight'.

Thai Foot Massage
Exclusively focused on the feet and lower legs, this treatment combines the relaxation of a massage with the healing benefits of a reflexology session. Acupressure points are stimulated using hands, fingers, thumbs and a Thai foot stick to leave your feet relaxed and energised. You'll feel like you're walking on air after this treatment!
